Ashcourt Homes have hit a milestone on our Belvedere Parade development with the first house handed over to our lovely customers last month just in time for Christmas!

This house is known as ‘The Caravel’ and is a large five-bedroom detached house benefitting from stunning sea views which can be admired from the large open plan kitchen/dining/family area and balcony on the first floor. Downstairs features four bedrooms with ensuites in two of the rooms, as well as a utility room and a detached double garage.

The customers are delighted with the house and are looking forward to a glass of fizz on the balcony to enjoy the breath-taking views.
