The Hall - Mansion Gates
The Hall was one of 6 properties within a Grade II listed Mansion House, first built in the 1830's which was renovated into a residential home. The majority of the works to The Hall began in Spring/Summer 2020 and involved constructing an extension to the rear of the building (which now forms the kitchen/dining area), transforming the dilapidated basement area into a fully habitable living space along with the full restoration of the rest of the unique building. Replica Georgian windows were installed and the original ceiling above the staircase was painstakingly restored by specialists who used a sample of the original cornice and ceiling to replicate the same detailing. The building now consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 ensuites, lounge, kitchen dining area, lounge, utility, cinema room and gym all carefully designed and finished to the customer's requirements.
