Ashcourt West Yorkshire has started works for East Coast Construction on behalf of Persimmon Homes’ Morwick Green development. This is the latest phase for the East Leeds Extension - one of the region’s largest infrastructure projects that could see up to 5,000 new homes built. 

528 new homes are due to be built on this site with a mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. 

We are providing muck away services for 20,000 tonnes, along with aggregate deliveries including 25,000 tonnes of topsoil strip, 28,000 tonnes of 6F2/5, 4,000 tonnes of 20mm pipe bedding and 3,000 tonnes 10mm pipe bedding.
