Ashcourt Group increases regional growth into Lincolnshire with successful acquisition of Brianplant

We are pleased to announce our recent acquisition of Brianplant (Humberside) Limited as part of our continued growth and expansion strategy. The business has now been renamed Ashcourt (Lincolnshire) Limited.

This acquisition further increases Ashcourt’s regional footprint and marks a significant milestone for the group to complement its regional growth with us now operating three regional businesses, Ashcourt (Hull & East Yorkshire), Ashcourt (Durham & Tees Valley) and Ashcourt (Lincolnshire).

Brianplant began trading in 1984 and has since built up a strong and reputable presence in the Lincolnshire and Humberside region providing operational plant, tipper wagon services and general plant to support local contractors and developers.

By acquiring Brianplant, our portfolio has further expanded with an additional quarry to support our enhanced geographical reach, meeting the rise in demand throughout Lincolnshire county. Operating from Kirton in Lindsey, Gainsborough our Manton Quarry secures opportunities for our continuation of supplying high-quality construction materials to new and existing clients. Whilst Brianplant’s current services remain operational, the group will be initiating new services to the area over the coming months.

Emily Summerson, Group Operations Director said: “We are delighted to add Brianplant to our portfolio through another successful acquisition. This aids our regional expansion strategy and means we are now able to offer our vast range of products and services throughout Lincolnshire competitively, further strengthening our position as the industries sustainable construction materials and recycling partner.”
