Construction work at the eagerly anticipated Mansion Gates development in Chapel Allerton is now well underway.
The restoration of such a historic building has taken a great deal of skill and patience however the Mansion Gates construction team are just as enthusiastic now as at the start of the project.
Once restored, the mansion will be made up of three 2 bedroom luxury apartments and three bespoke houses. With the majority of the internal walls now in place and the impressive Georgian inspired windows fitted, it's the first time the vastness and beauty of the individual plots can be truly appreciated.
