Chapel Heights

A 200 bed student accommodation scheme built using unique components to achieve our most efficient development to date. The development is so energy efficient that it negates the requirement to incorporate renewable technologies.

Cavendish Street

City centre 10 storey building comprising 239 student beds. Cavendish Street, “The Foundry” is a ten storey city centre building with the majority of the common space on the ground floor. This development is targeted to achieve BREEAM excellent and includes extensive common space, separate cinema, games room, music room, study rooms, gym and spacious common room coupled with a private outdoor social space.

Watton Wind Turbine

The Ashcourt group's civil engineering team were called in to assist with the construction of a 500kw EWT direct drive wind turbine on very challenging ground conditions. As the main contractor, we managed to design a foundation solution which saved our client money and allowed the turbine to be completed before the reduction in feed in tariff.

The KP

Situated at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, the KP Club consists of some 200 acres of golf course and woodland.

The Boulevard, York

The Boulevard was one of our first major student development projects, housing nearly 400 students. Built on former industrial land in the centre of York, using a modular construction method, the entire project was completed within a tight 9 month time frame.
